Here is an update that someone shared on Kalyn's facebook page:

Updating for Kalyn: Josh had emergency surgery today, as he had what was thought to be an obstructed bowel. He has made it through surgery, but is currently on life support. Things are looking dire, and all thoughts and prayers are needed and appreciated. He had his first round of chemotherapy a few days ago, and his body will start responding to the treatment soon, compromising his immune system even more. Please pray for him, Kalyn, Embyr and their little baby on it's way.
